These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "T&C") govern the relationship between ixbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses any service offered through https://ixbet.cam ("the Website"). ixbet reserves the right to void any bets, confiscate funds, and permanently terminate accounts where any of the above prohibited activities are identified. Law enforcement authorities may be notified where criminal conduct is suspected.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product or market, which are published within the relevant game or betting interface. The following general rules apply across all products:

1. Bet Acceptance. A bet is only valid once confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets are not valid based on verbal, chat, or email instructions alone.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits are set at the market or game level and are displayed before a bet is placed. ixbet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). ixbet supports the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select credit/debit card processors where available.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your account in real time or within the processing window applicable to your chosen payment method. The minimum deposit is RM50 unless a specific promotion stipulates otherwise. ixbet does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. ixbet targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of a completed and verified request; actual receipt of funds depends on the timelines of your payment provider. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100.

Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may not be processed where:

The following general bonus conditions apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover") before winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion.
• Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum single bet or round is capped at RM250 unless the promotion states a higher cap.
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage (commonly 10–20%). Full contribution tables are published in each promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that have not been fully wagered within the stated expiry window (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from issuance) will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a maximum cash-out cap as stated in each promotion. A typical cap is MYR 2,880 unless specified differently.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available to one account per individual, household, IP address, or device.

• Any actions taken by ixbet in good faith pursuant to its compliance, anti-fraud, or responsible gambling obligations

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit ixbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

ixbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials
• Collusion, cheating, match-fixing, or exploitation of software errors
• Multi-accounting or systematic abuse of promotional offers
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any sums owed to ixbet will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of cause.
